Darren Clair, M.D.

Dr. Clair has been active in the field of preventative health for the past 20 years and is currently one of Beverly Hills' top longevity doctors.

Dr. Darren Clair is a graduate of Princeton University and Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He is one of Beverly Hills' top proactive health and longevity doctors and is founder and medical director of Vibrance Medical Group where he counts among his patients many of Hollywood’s brightest stars.

Dr. Clair completed his training in Family Practice and Anesthesiology at UCLA. For the past 20 years he has been active in the field of preventative health. Dr. Clair recently was a co-investigator on an FDA-approved study of the use of Human Growth Hormone (HGH) for its vitality enhancing potential. A longstanding member of the American Association of Anti-Aging Physicians, Dr. Clair is known as a writer on health-related issues, has made professional appearances on multiple news segments and television shows and has served as an anti-aging consultant to several medical corporations.

Dr. Clair’s philosophy on health and vitality can most succinctly be summed up by his motto, "BE Health!" When asked, Dr. Clair will explain the phrase came to him while watching the movie CaddyShack. In the movie the Zen golf pro, Ty Webb (Chevy Chase), says to his young protégé, "There is a force in the universe that makes things happen...and all you have to do is get in touch with it. Stop thinking...let things happen...and Be the Ball!" Why is this phrase a source of inspiration for one of the top anti-aging doctors in Hollywood? It's simple. What Ty meant, of course, is that to succeed at the great game of golf, you need to "be" the ball. You need to exist as the ball, to be one with it.

Similarly, you need to BE health. In Dr. Clair’s opinion, health and vitality should be dealt with in the same way: be health personified in your eating habits, your lifestyle choices, your words, your thoughts. Focus on your goal of vibrant health, not your fears of sickness and disability.
