Catherine Lewis has lived most of her life in Northern California. She\'s been a freelance writer for more than 20 years specializing primarily in alternative health issues for women. She is a breast cancer survivor and volunteer speaker. Her articles have appeared in several news publications in the U.S. and Canada.
